BAYLEY MOORE
PLANNER
Bayley completed his studies associated with a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) at the University of Southern Queensland in 2025. His studies involved a variety of courses relating to Sustainable Urban Design, Development, and Community Consultation and Engagement. He has also studied introductory courses for Anthropology and Environmental Law.
Bayley joined the Precinct Urban Planning team in March 2023 as a student planner and has assisted with a broad range of development projects including residential subdivisions, veterinary services and mixed commercial and industrial developments.
Through his studies and professional experience, Bayley has cultivated strong communication and collaborative skills, enabling him to engage effectively with clients and development stakeholders.
Bayley is pleased to be able to assist clients with their Development Application and planning needs across a variety of Council regions in Queensland and New South Wales.
