PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Wagner Investments to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of the Wellcamp Airport and Business Park. The project involved establishing the Wellcamp Airport and Business Park Preliminary Approval Area, under which a land use planning and development assessment framework was developed. A Strategic Land Use Master Plan was also established to coordinate future development within nine (9) precincts. The Wellcamp Airport and Business Park is predicted to be at the forefront of state and regional economic growth; hence the Preliminary Approval Document and Strategic Land Use Master Plan have been produced to guide future development in an integrated and coordinated manner.
