PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Ian and Rhonda Hall to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of two (2) short-term accommodation units. The proposal was undertaken in two (2) stages, with the first stage involving the refurbishment of an existing three bedroom dwelling to be rented as a single unit. The second stage involved the establishment of a two bedroom dwelling at the rear of the subject land to be used as a second accommodation unit. The subject site was located in close proximity to St Andrew’s Hospital and the proposal was designed to accommodate patients or visitors of the hospital for short-medium term stays.
