Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by PB Trading Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a quarry at Woleebee. The project involved extraction of up to 300,000 tonnes of sand from the Conloi Creek area for the purpose of bedding sand for the Sunwater pipeline. The application sought approval for sand extraction and screening and involved a development permit for an Environmentally Relevant Activity.
