Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Hallmark Solutions Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a Service Station with a Food and Drink Outlet in Westbrook. The project involved a development application for Material Change of Use and sought approval for a combined service station and food outlet with drive-through facilities. The development site was located within a residential area and the application was required to be publicly notified throughout the assessment process.
