Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Walton Stores Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the ongoing development of Walton Stores in Toowoomba City. The project has involved multiple development applications for Building Works Assessable Against the Planning Scheme and Material Change of Use as various stages of the Walton Stores precinct were established.
