Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Townsville City Council to provide town planning assistance associated with the preparation of planning scheme amendments for a Centres Hierarchy Review. The project involved amending Townsville City Plan 2005 to implement a range of changes to the retail and commercial centres hierarchy for the city.
