PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the Toowoomba Turf Club to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of additional stable facilities at the Clifford Park Racecourse. The development involved the construction of a new building comprising 42 individual stable enclosures and associated facilities. The development application also sought approval for Building Works Assessable against the Planning Scheme to ensure the development did not unduly impact on the Heritage listed elements within and surrounding the subject land.
