Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the Queensland Office of Urban Management to undertake the preparation of the Toowoomba Statistical District Planning & Infrastructure Study. The study examined the town planning, land use, growth management and infrastructure issues relevant to the future growth and development of the Toowoomba City Statistical District. The purpose of the study was to assess the land use and infrastructure issues relevant to the expansion of the South East Queensland Regional Plan 2008-2031.
