Precinct Urban Planning was a member of the Urbis project team engaged by Toowoomba Regional Council to undertake the preparation of the Toowoomba City Centre Master Plan. The Master Plan provided a comprehensive and integrated urban design framework for the future development of the Toowoomba CBD. Precinct Urban Planning’s role included the provision of statutory and strategic planning advice on growth options, statutory planning controls and governance and implementation initiatives.
