Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Reds Group Pty Ltd to provide town planning advice and assist in the preparation of a set of catchment maps for Toowoomba. The purpose of the catchment mapping exercise was to produce a set of maps for Toowoomba City that accurately represented the major catchments, centres and future growth areas within the region. The final set of maps provided a comprehensive overview of the current centres network and highlighted any gaps in the current supply and demand of centre activities to service future growth areas.
