Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Cockatoo Coal Limited and RMA Engineers to provide town planning assistance associated with the diversion of the Theodore-Baralaba Road. The investigations included identification of the planning opportunities, constraints and the regulatory approval processes required and associated timeframes in relation to the diversion of the Theodore-Baralaba Road. The study investigated three potential road realignment options.
