PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by KPAT Property Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of a new tourist facility in Toowoomba City. The project involved the establishment of a Mixed Use Accommodation and Hospitality Complex which included five storeys over a subterranean basement. This serviced a need within the community for accessible accommodation in a central city location. It also offered conference facilities, mezzanine and retail/food outlet tenancies.
