Toowoomba Regional Council engaged Precinct Urban Planning to prepare a Development Application associated with the establishment of a 25m microwave telecommunications monopole tower and communication equipment on land at 820 Perseverance Dam Road, Crows Nest. The tower will be located adjacent to a vacant building which will be used to house telecommunications equipment associated with the tower. The project involved a new use of premises and accordingly there was a requirement to obtain a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use prior to the new use commencing.
