The development included 27 social housing units, 31 car parking spaces, 14 bicycle parking spaces, private open space areas for each unit, communal open spaces, refuse storage facilities and landscaping. The unit mix consists of 15 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and 2 four-bedroom townhouses.
