Precinct Urban Planning was pleased to assist Meringandan Properties Pty Ltd with town planning assistance for a large 133 lot residential subdivision in Meringandan.  The development is comprised of 131 residential lots, one drainage reserve lot and one pump station lot and new road. The project involved a 5 stage development with lots ranging in size from 621m² to 1083m² over a site with a total area of 16.187 ha. The lots will be serviced by new roads connecting to Spies Road via three new priority intersections.  A total of 19 frontage lots will be provided with direct access to Spies Road.  Spies Road is proposed to be upgraded to a Collector Road from the western site access intersection to Lake Drive.
