Precinct Urban Planning assisted Toowoomba Regional Council in obtaining a Development Permit for building works associated with the redevelopment of the Soldiers Memorial Hall. The proposal involves structural rectification works and upgrades to and the reconfiguration of the internal layout of the State Heritage listed building. The project is being undertaken to better meet the future needs of both the Council and surrounding community.
