Silo Manufacturing Facility Allora

Precinct Urban Planning is pleased to have provided town planning services to Satake Australia Pty Ltd for the expansion of a Silo Manufacturing Facility in Allora, Queensland.

The proposal involves an expansion of an existing facility to provide an additional manufacturing workshop associated with the production of moveable silos. The development will complement the existing workshop which is for the production of permanent silos.

The proposed development involves the construction of a new workshop building, placement of five shipping containers and the establishment of outdoor storage areas in the southern portion of the site.
