PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Sevenoaks Boarding Kennels and Cattery to provide town planning assistance associated with an extension to an approved animal boarding facility in Glenvale. The development was undertaken in three stages and included the development of a site office, the formalisation of existing kennels and the establishment of a new cattery building. The proposal made provision for a bio-cycle wastewater treatment plant to service the development.
