Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Xolta Investments Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the combined development permit for a Service Station and general advertising signage. The project involved establishing a service station with access off Queen Street and includes a four pump fuel forecourt, shop, car parking bays as well as the advertising signage including a pylon sign, awning fascia signs and wall signs.
