PROJECT OUTLINE
Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by McGregor Gourlay to provide town planning services for an extension to their existing Rural Supplies Store in Croppa Creek NSW. Our services involved preparation and lodgement of a Development Application to Gwydir Shire Council for Development Consent for the extension of the Croppa Creek Branch of McGregor Gourlay Agricultural Services.
Due to operational requirements, the applicant determined that they can better service the needs of their customers by providing fertiliser and other granular materials in bulk bags as opposed to selling unpackaged material stored within the existing silos. Accordingly, the proposed development involves the removal of the four (4) existing silos and associated weighbridge to facilitate the construction of a new storage shed.
