PROJECT OUTLINE
McGregor Gourlay engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning services for an extension to an existing Rural Supplies Store in Bellata NSW. Our services involved preparation and lodgement of a Development Application to Narrabri Shire Council for Development Consent for the extension of the Bellata Branch of McGregor Gourlay Agricultural Services.
The proposed development will involve the establishment of a new warehouse building and extensions to the existing buildings on site across three (3) stages including building the new warehouse building, removal of the existing demountable office building and extension of existing sheds.
