Precinct Urban Planning provided town planning assistance to secure a Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot to undertake a Boundary Realignment of 2 existing lots located at at Moller Road, East Greenmount. The proposed development seeks to realign the common boundary between the 2 lots to consolidate the larger farming operation onto 1 lot and increase future viability for rural uses by providing access to a formed road, existing dams and other water infrastructure. The larger lot will continue to be used for established rural purposes including cropping and grazing. The second lot will comprise a smaller area containing the existing dwelling, outbuildings, farm sheds, smaller dam and smaller cropping/grazing area.
