PROJECT OUTLINE

Stansbie Residential Pty Ltd engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance to develop a rural residential subdivision at Wormwell Drive, Roma, approximately 4km north east of the Central Business District.  The development will be comprised of 30 rural residential lots, one park lot and new roads.  The development will be undertaken in stages with a proposed variety of lot areas ranging in size from 1ha to 1.6ha. The approved development will provide much needed rural residential lots in an accessible area of Roma. All of the proposed lots will be connected to existing urban services associated with water, telecommunications and electricity infrastructure. The development has been designed to effectively interface with the existing industrial development that adjoins the site. The park lot in the south-western corner of the site will provide a buffer between the proposed lots and the industrial land to the south.
