PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by the Reds Group Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the redevelopment of an existing service station. The project involved a development application for Material Change of Use for the removal of an existing service station and workshop and the establishment of a contemporary Puma Service Station. The application process included negotiations with the Department of Transport and Main Roads to ensure suitable access arrangements were provided to the State-controlled road network.
