Precinct Urban Planning was engaged to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of four units and reciprocal access easements over two adjoining lots in Rangeville, Toowoomba. The project involved a combined application for a Material Change of Use to develop the dual occupancy units and Reconfiguring a Lot to provide access easements for a shared driveway on both lots. The single storey units will be comprised of 2 x two bedroom units and 2 x three bedroom units. Each unit will be provided with a double garage.
