OneSchool Global Extension

OneSchool Global engaged Precinct Urban Planning to secure a Development Permit for an extension and modernisation of their educational facility in Middle Ridge, Toowoomba. The school provides primary and secondary education for students in Years 3 to 12 with a current enrolment of approximately 80 students. The approved extension is for a substantial redevelopment of the existing site and will allow the school to grow to a maximum of 120 students. 

The existing demountable buildings will be replaced by one architecturally designed building which will accommodate all staff and students. There will be additional carparking, and a new internal drop off/pick up area to improve safety and convenience. Detailed design has commenced with the project to be completed in the near future.
