PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Rhonzoa Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a travel service centre at Oakey. The proposal involved approval of a combined development application for Reconfiguring a Lot and Material Change of Use for the establishment of a service station, food and drink outlets and transport depot. The development included a large multi-purpose service centre building comprising a service station retail area, six food and drink outlet tenancies and associated drive-thru facilities.
