Nutrien Ag Solutions Parkhurst

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Nutrien Ag Solutions to secure approval for an Agricultural Supplies Store at Yaamba Road, Parkhurst, part of the Rockhampton Regional Council region. The development involves the construction of new buildings and ancillary use areas associated with the Rockhampton region operations of Nutrien Ag Solutions. The facility will be utilised primarily for the sale of rural products and materials to local primary producers and will subsequently act as a base for staff members within the region.  

The proposed development will be undertaken in 2 stages. Stage 1 of the development involves the construction of a new Showroom, Office and Warehouse, buildings, outdoor display area and associated outdoor use areas. Stage 2 involves the construction of a new Bulk Fertiliser Shed.
