PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Hallmark Property Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with development of Northpoint Shopping Centre. The project involved the establishment a Preliminary Approval Area under which the provisions of the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme 2012 were varied to facilitate commercial development on land previously zoned for residential and industrial use. The Northpoint Shopping Centre development included a supermarket, special retail tenancies, medical centre, pharmacy and accompanying car parking facilities.
