Precinct Urban Planning was engaged to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of six multiple dwelling units with two reciprocal access easements over two adjoining lots in Harristown, Toowoomba.
The project involved a combined application for both a Material Change of Use to develop the multiple dwellings and Reconfiguring a Lot to provide a shared driveway allowing access to West Street.
The single storey dwellings will be made up of 2 x one bedroom units and 4 x two bedroom units. Each unit will be provided with an outdoor alfresco area opening from the living area and a single car garage.
