PROJECT OUTLINE
Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Hutchinson Quarries Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a quarry at Mount Moriah. The quarry is proposed to be developed over three stages and will involve the extraction and screening of up to 450,000 tonnes of basalt material per annum. The development will have an operational life of approximately 60 years. Town planning assistance was also provided for approval of two Environmentally Relevant Activities associated with the quarry operations.
