PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Sumvista Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a mixed use educational, retail and refreshment facility at Wellington Point. The Agri-Tourism and educational facility was the subject of extensive negotiations with Council, aimed at ensuring it would commercially complement the on-going cultivation of adjoining horticultural land.
