Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Au Lait Australia Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of a milk processing facility in the Wellcamp Business Park. This Development Application was for Stage 1 of the facility which involves an infant powder blending plant (mixing and canning) operation. The future Stage 2 of the development will involve an expansion of the facility to process wet milk to produce a variety of products. The milk processing facility will provide a pharmaceutical-grade, HEPA filtered, clean room environment production methodology.
