PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by McNamara-Healey Holdings Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of an integrated commercial precinct including a service station, car wash and two food and drink outlets positioned around a centrally positioned fuel forecourt. 


The service station will be adjoined to the south by one of the two food and drink outlets and includes a drive-thru facility. The outlet will also provide internal kitchen, food preparation, servery and customer dining areas. The second food and drink outlet will occupy a separate stand-alone building adjacent to the site’s primary road frontage and also includes a drive-thru facility. The outlet will also provide internal kitchen, food preparation, servery and customer dining areas. 


The car wash facility comprises two (2) separate, but operationally integrated buildings and will be located adjacent to the northern secondary road frontage on Goombungee – Meringandan Road. A dedicated washing facility including drive-thru manual and automated washing bays, and plant and machinery will be situated adjacent to the site’s northeast corner.
