PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by D&B Desai Super Property Pty Ltd to provide town planning advice and assistance associated with the development of a new Specialist Medical Centre. The project involved the renovation of an existing mid 1900s dwelling to accommodate up to three medical practitioners. The medical centre included a reception and waiting area, procedure room, staff room, file room/storage area, 12 on-site carparks and ambulance bay. This project enabled the development of a new medical facility for the public while maintaining the integrity of the neighbourhood through the preservation of the original streetscape.
