PROJECT OUTLINE
Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Toowoomba Regional Council to prepare a Local Government Infrastructure Designation (LGID) Process and Procedures Manual. The manual provides statutory and procedural guidance on the LGID process and is supported by document templates for use by the ‘Infrastructure Entities’ and the ‘Infrastructure Designator’ within the LGID process. This procedures manual was applied to the LGID for the Toowoomba Sports Precinct.
