Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Ostwald Quarries Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a quarry at ‘Knob Hill’, Bungaban. The project involved extraction of up to 100,000 tonnes of Kmaterial and included stockpiling areas, a weighbridge, ancillary site office, amenities and on-site diesel storage. In addition, the application sought approval for two Environmentally Relevant Activities associated with the quarry operations. Further town planning assistance was also provided to establish a 10 year lease over the quarry area.
