Precinct Urban Planning provided town planning services to Hallmark Property for the preparation and lodgement of a development application for a child care centre at 140 Kleinton Road, Kleinton. This development was approved by Toowoomba Regional Council and will cater for up to 140 child care places for children aged up to 5 years old. This centre is part of Hallmark’s 350 lot housing estate “Wirraglen” at Kleinton and Precinct Urban Planning has been pleased to also provide town planning services for this subdivision.
