Scarecrow Properties Pty Ltd engaged Precinct Urban Planning to provide town planning assistance associated with an industrial use development to establish a food production enterprise. The enterprise involves raw corn packaging to produce packaged corn for human consumption. The project requires the construction of a standalone single tenancy industrial building. The development includes a processing area, reception/meeting room, staff room and amenities at the ground floor with 3 offices and storeroom at the mezzanine level. The outside areas will be landscaped to enhance the development. The development facilitates a coordinated food production enterprise for Toowoomba.
