PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by C&K Lawson Constructions Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the development of an indoor gymnasium by adaptive reuse of an existing building. The project involved developing a space that would provide group fitness classes, cross fit facilities, general gym equipment, a crèche and ancillary retail area for the sale of sports supplements and other products directly related to the use. This project fulfilled a need within the community and promoted an easily accessible healthy lifestyle.
