Precinct Urban Planning is proud to have had the opportunity to provide town planning services to Hope Horizons for the preparation and lodgement of a combined development application for a Material Change of Use for a community cancer wellness centre and for a Boundary Realignment in North Street, Wilsonton Heights. This development, approved by Toowoomba Regional Council in 2022, and with amendments approved in 2024 was opened in early 2024.
