PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Riverina (Australia) Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the construction of a new warehouse building to augment the existing grain handling facility at their Cory and Queen Street site in Oakey. The project involved approval for a Material Change of Use to construct the warehouse in a Medium Impact Industry Zone. In addition to building a new warehouse, this development includes provision for external container storage and loading areas, signage, carparking and landscaping works. This project enables future production growth for the Riverina Stockfeeds business through the provision of an enhanced warehousing facility for packaging, storage and wholesale distribution of grain products processed on site.
