Precinct Urban Planning was engaged to provide town planning assistance for a Multi-storey Residential Apartment complex in Gore Street, Toowoomba City.  


The Gore Street Apartments development enhances residential living in the Toowoomba City area. The development is a multistorey residential apartment complex of contemporary and integrated design accommodating a total of eight (8) residential apartments in a seven (7) storey building over basement car parking and including a communal roof top terrace.   


Both Ground and Level 1 will provide 2 x 2 bedroom apartments separated by a breezeway on the Ground Level and by an internal lobby and stairwell on Level 1. Each apartment will have a lounge, dining, kitchen, study and bathroom. The main bedroom in each unit will have an ensuite. Levels 2 to 5 will accommodate a single) bedroom unit. Each unit on these levels will include a lounge, reading, dining, and kitchen (including butler’s pantry). Both the main bedroom (bedroom 1) and bedroom 2 will have a dedicated ensuite. These units will include a separate main bathroom and laundry. Private open space in the form of spacious balconies will be provided at the northern and southern end of each apartment. An individual access to each unit over these levels will be via an individual lift lobby and stairwell.
