Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by AJ & NF Wallace to provide town planning advice and a determination of the ‘planning need’ for additional rural residential allotments in the Goondiwindi Township area. The land use study was prepared in support of an application for a rural residential subdivision and provided Council with a quantitative and qualitative framework to address planning need in relation to the proposed development.
