Precinct Urban Planning was pleased to provide town planning assistance to Quinstone Developments to secure approval for a 1 into 83 lot low density residential subdivision at Golf Links Drive, Gatton.
This subdivision will be developed in 3 stages and also involves the creation of new roads that are designed and located to facilitate future connections to the adjacent land. The lots in the development range in size from approximately 450m² to 1000m².
As the site is located approximately 1.6km south-east of the Gatton town centre, this subdivision development will enhance residential living in the Gatton area.
