Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by DGM Group Pty Ltd to provide town planning assistance associated with the establishment of a mixed use precinct in Glenvale. The project involved an application for Preliminary Approval to Vary the Effect of the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme 2012 to facilitate the staged establishment of the Glenvale Mixed Use Centre. The proposal secured use rights for the future development of the land for residential, commercial and community purposes.
