PROJECT OUTLINE

Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Chambers Trust to provide town planning assistance associated with the various projects that make up the Eco Village in the Currumbin Valley. This development is under a community management scheme (CMS). The community title structure for the Eco Village is a layered scheme which allows the staged construction of the development. The town planning involved Material Changes of Use and Reconfiguring a Lot development applications. The project comprises the following developments: convenience shops, mixed used commercial buildings, office suites, home studios, pre-school and carparking.
