Precinct Urban Planning is pleased to be assisting Gore Enterprises Pty Ltd in seeking approval for an architecturally-designed residential development known as “East Toowoomba Residences” on a site at 71 James Street, East Toowoomba. The Material Change of Use development application seeks approval for a Multiple Dwelling that comprises nine high quality townhouses, designed by Aspect Architects and Project Managers. The site has frontages to Coral Street and James Street and the development includes three buildings that are a mix of two and three storeys and will provide 3 x 2 bedroom
apartments and 6 x 3 bedroom apartments each with two car accommodation. The development will be supplemented with a high standard of landscaping and the overall development will greatly enhance the local area and this primary entrance to the City of Toowoomba.
