Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Dysart Villages Unit Trust to provide town planning assistance associated with the preparation of a Preliminary Approval Document to Vary the Effect of the Planning Scheme and create the Dysart Villages Residential Preliminary Approval Area. The project involved the establishment of a mixed density residential precinct and the Dysart Resort Motel within the Preliminary Approval Area.
